El Charro Mexican - McAlester

The staff was friendly, the chips and salsa was “okay”. The beef meat on every item tasted the same. The taco meat, burrito meat, toastada meat, and the enchilada meat ALL tasted the same. Just some things had lettuce and tomato and some didn’t. So don’t expect variety of spices and flavors.

It has found a new favorite, but it is not in the menu. 3 different enchiladas, fajita steak, fajita chicken and fajita shrimp, covered in a sauce.

Pork was cooked perfect. The green sauce is the best. Best Mexican food in McAllister close to what you get in Arizona and New Mexico
