Mcdonald's - MC LEAN

The manager is racist, my old mother came to get food for her grandchild and the entire time she was cursing at her pointing fingers and trying to get aggressive and start a fight all because of her hijab. Her name was elizabeth and she tried to call the police and security on my mother for no reason. Unacceptable behavior and she should be fired. I thought mcdonald?s message included diversity and equality without prejudice to their beliefs or race.

For it to be a busy Saturday, they were quick, accurate and my food was hot. My only complaint is that the cashier seemed to be annoyed and rushed everyone through their order but 50/50 I guess.

What kind of McDonald?s doesn?t give refills!!! I would?ve gotten a large if I knew that!!!

This is the only mcdonalds I've ever been to that refused to give a refill on my drink. The lady behind the counter was very rude about it as well. Other restaurants in the food court give free refills so I'm not sure why this mcdonalds doesn't.

Service is slow and prices are a little inflated but it is at a mall so it's to be expected. Also seating around meal times can be hard to find but the mall does have seating for eating.
