We have lived in Sicily for over ten years, and I love sweets. This was without doubt the worst experience we have had. All six of us (including our guests hated the cake, and even the served slices were thrown out. In particular, the cake (called a mohito cake was topped with some alcohol gelatin (perhaps with grain alcohol so even the kids could not eat any (is it even legal to sell such a cake for kids party? . Even if you like such cakes, it was basically a scoop of lemon granita with flavored hand sanitizer. Disgusting. Look elsewhere in Mazara del Vallo for something sweet.

Stopped by this pastry shop after dinner with family/ friends. The gelato was amazing! I had the pistachio and coffee on a cone. The others had mango and they said it was delicious. I highly recommend and will be going next time I'm in Sicily.

We stayed in mazara 13 days Looking for a gluten-free pastry and found this oasis. Brioche for gluten free ice cream and also ice cream... very good. Very attentive and very kind. We'll be back when we get to Mazara
