Taco Bell - Maysville

I do not know if they were short of help or what. Dine in, we placed order and the food was ready pretty quick but it took forever to get someones attention to get our drinks. They she tells me they are out of the wild strawberry and said it dragonfruit or mt dew baha and i dont like either and wanted a coke. There was a guy in the dining are. He went up and said its been 30mins did you forget about my food. We order a dessert 2of the bonbon balls. My grandson went to get one out and there was a sticker from a frozen food item in the back stuck to it

Messed up our order and then took back the wrong order instead of throwing it away or something. Which I'm pretty sure food handlers license wise is illegal.

The slowest Taco Bell ive ever been to, every time we’re here. I sat waiting forever to get only 2 tacos and a water. Barely any customers inside and a few cars behind me. Finally the line girl who made the tacos came to the window and asked if I’d already paid which I had, then handed me a bag that had been sitting there the entire time. I asked if the food had just been sitting getting cold and she said she didn’t know and that the drive through woman must’ve went to the bathroom. The girl was kind and offered to remake it which is great customer service on her end. But who ever is in charge of training needs to do a better job or hire better people. There’s a woman named Gale who works here who is always busting her butt trying to get everything done, they need to hire more people like her.

Figured Id take my family out for some easy but once again this Taco Bell disappoints messed are order up twice stood there for 23 mins while cashier went out side to talk to a friend in a suv half of the other employees stood around while the line cook was busting his butt drive thru cashier got nasty with me like she did with the cook just cause I asked for my food that’s been sitting there for 5 mins while the first time the messed it up and 2 other people came in after going threw the drive thru cause of missing items it is definitely a disappointment I will never eat at the Taco Bell in maysville agin

This Taco Bell is usually always busy with relatively short wait times (most of the time).The only problem that this restaurant usually has, which is odd for a franchise, is that they are always running out of everything. From drinks, to menu items, too money, you never know what they will not have.
