Romayo's Maynooth

So I raved for years about this chip shop in my home town, so after 7 years brought my family for dinner they don’t do the salad Bundy anymore which is such a shame but the smoked cod was awful and chips anemic and the chicken nuggets vile. The only good thing was the pizza it’s over priced and just not good won’t be back !

We ordered burgers and chicken nuggets last weekend and I have to say it was bad! We used to ordering often from Romayos from long time ago and the quality of food changed dramatically. Once we ordered fish and chips and the fish smells and tastes terrible. Last time the burgers meat was poor quality and tasted horrible. Pity that we don't have a good quality local cheeper any more.

Romayos cancelled my order, but marked it as 'Delivered ' on JustEat. Food was never delivered still no refund 10 days later. I have told them about this issue on numerous occasions but they continue to fob me off. You need to call Just Eat to get your refund , Our manager is looking into it , Refunds sometimes take 7 working days , Are you sure it wasn 't delivered . Don 't waste your time or money with this place

Ordered a delivery which said 30 minutes. An hour later I called to see if it had been forgotten or anything. No answer called a few more times no answer. After 2 hours finally got through, issues with the internet apparently so I cancelled order as it hadn't been started. The refusal to answer the phone is an absolute joke. Used to have no problems from Romayos.

Missing food from order, I observed 4 staffs cooking without wearing face coverings, and there protocols of two persons in the shop was not adhered too. We did not eat our food due to safety concerns and will not be returning.
