Henry On Eighth - Maylands

First visit to Henry on eighth Maylands and it will not be the last. Booked a table by sms Saturday and got a response immediately, customer service was really good, made to feel welcome, ordered the platter for sharing it was fresh, very tasty and service was quick.Good value for money, would highly recommend this little place with a great ambience and service. I would add a photo of the food but we had already eaten half of it when I thought I should have taken a pic it looked sooo good.

Came across this little gem this morning. Coffee was good and the breakfast itself was of a high standard well priced too. I had the sous vide eggs on toast 10 bucks! My daughter had the acai bowl which she rated highly. Great fitout, fast service and attentive staff. Highly recommended.

This place has been recommended to me by several people, so came in for Sunday Brunch. Was not disappointed at all! The atmosphere and service was fantastic and the coffee was one of the best. Food was really good and my partner said it was the best breakfast ever! Had the Bacon Chop and it was incredible, highly recommend it!

Been to Henry on 8th on 2 occasions now. Had a coffee and a slice of cake. Cake was moist n yummy but a little pricey. Coffee was nice but was small. 2nd time had a burger, once again I think a bit to pricey for Maylands. Overall its a nice place, some friendly staff some not so friendly. Interior is beautiful with exposed beams n brick work n good choice of furniture, its also nice n clean. Will go back but Im hoping they can offer some specials and maybe offer a bit more of a exciting menu.

Nice bar with good atmosphere. They have a nice lunch selection and the service was friendly and prompt. One small thing, the coffee was warm not hot and some of the food was a bit cold. I told the waiter, he thanked me for the input which I thought was cool. I'd go back to try out they evening menu and check out the nighttime vibe.
