Dunkin' - Mayfield Heights

My toasted bagel came out cold and tasted like water. We waited 10 minutes for a cold coffee.

Depending on when you go service is awful. I went last night before work because I work overnight at hillcrest hospital they were closed before 10 I went to the speaker the guy was like sorry we’re closed I’m like I thought it closed at 10 he said it’s basically 10 I’m like oh excuse me so you close whenever okay cool got it

You either love this coffee outpost or not. I'm a fan of their coffee, and they now have more expanded menu items, both drinks and food. The donuts, however, nearly always taste stale and defrosted. The ham and cheese twist is surprisingly tasty. The drive thru is pretty efficient but they always are confused at my request to add cash onto my phone app, at all 3 locations I frequent. They have a rewards program on the phone app.

Everything was good, but they ran out of croissants. The sourdough was still flavorful, but I would have preferred the former.
