Bidra med feedbackYou might not guess it from the location but this place has some seriously awesome food. I got the French dip with the works (pictured the works adds sautéed onions and peppers, highly recommend) on ciabatta bread. The bread was light and soft with a slight crisp to the outside which was perfect to me. A bit of saltiness to the meat and the gooey cheese was just spot on, and then when dipping in the Au Jus it added great flavor but didn't overpower. The fires were battered fried, my favorite kind. Also had a salad and all the items were super fresh which is something we're more picky about. Another family member got a Rueben sandwich that was good but maybe not 5 stars good, and another family member got the prime rib special which was great but had a good amount of fat fwiw. Kids got burgers and sandwiches that all at least looked great to me from what I could tell and they all liked them. Also I got a HUGE slice of coconut cream pie that was heavy/rich but really good with a made from scratch crust.
We really liked JoMae's. Our waitress was just darling and the food was excellent. We especially like Austin but for totally different reasons . We will be back when he is cooking. Totally worth the drive from Syracuse
We just went to Jo Mae and had the chicken fry steaks. They were large and tender. Will come again to have more. Thanks jo
It was good food, good service it's been a while since I've been up that way though. If you find yourself nearby give it a try.
We have ate there as a work team and as a family. Food was fantastic and the service could not have been better. Thank you JoMae and your team. Wonder Experiences in a small town
