Bidra med feedbackOrdered two monster burgers for me and my husband. Got the food home and the burgers only had one piece of meet on them. So I went back to the restaurant with my full order. And requested that the order be replaced. The lady on the headset was vary rude. I pulled around to the window and explained what had happened and show her the sandwiches. She was still rude and I explained to her I did not won't eat cold food after I just spent $60. She continued being rude and could not figure out how to refund me my money after I had give her the food back. Needless to say I will never go back.
Try the prime rib biscuit! Trust me. You will thank me later! And you are welcome! Lol.
I always love Hardy so much. The food always tastes fresh and the fries are never cold. It takes longer than other drive-thrus but it's worth it.
I only spent $40 on a meal, but when I got home, my daughter’s order was wrong. The employees didn’t even answer the phone when I tried to reach out. Not only did my child not get their meal, but I also had to spend an additional $10 to buy another meal. To make matters worse, the rest of the food ended up getting cold.
The staff are incredibly friendly, and the food is consistently served hot and delicious.
