Do not go to this DQ….its NOT sanitary. The new owners do not wash their hands when coming out of the bathroom or making the food.And they also do not speak proper English so if they mess up your food they’ll blame you for ordering wrong and you won’t get a refund or a corrected order.

They have really turned things around and are doing a great job! Good food and service!

I ordered the 6 piece chicken strips they charged me for that but only got 3 won't go there

I won't visit this DQ in Mayfield again. I should have known when I drove up at lunch time and was the only car at the drive-thru, that something was wrong. My total order came to $17.47. I ordered the 6 piece chicken strip basket. The fries were ok and the ranch dressing was ok. However, the chicken strips were laughable, only 5 and not much chicken to them. They did not add the gravy! The bread was soft and chewy without flavor. Not toasted. The pecan blister had plenty of pecans but tasted and looked like chocolate. The previous time I went there I ordered a chocolate shake. It was thin, no lid, no whip cream. Yes, some of the folks do not speak clear English and can be a little trying to understand.
