Bidra med feedbackWorst fast food experience ever. No people, only kiosks... Food was not fast, not fresh, and expensive as hell! At least the bathroom was clean. Probably the last time I ever visit a McDonald's.
Artificial intelligence is taking over McDonald’s. So sad that you now need to order on a screen instead of talking to a person. The people that were working were very friendly when asking for help. I felt bad for the people that work there, as it seems there is really no management and they are left to fend for themselves. Customer service is dead and seems like leadership from actual people is dead too!
This was a terrible visit. There was no one working the counters so we used the kiosk to order. We took a numbered table marker and put it into the kiosk. Food was ready, no one brought it to the table. It just sat on the front counter. So, we get the food from the front. No napkins, no ketchup, also none out so we had to go back up and ask for napkins after trying to get someone's attention. The cheeseburgers seriously looked like they were stepped on. They were the thinnest burgers/buns I have ever seen. It was also $52 for 4 medium combos with no markups. The place was clean but literally everything else was horrible. Two stars for a clean restaurant and bathrooms and zero stars for everything else.
The service wasn't great and the prices were very expensive. The food was okay and the ice cream machine wasn't working.
