Bad experience from all Indian restaurants ever. I ordered by menu log tonight. when I get, the delivery (plastic) bag was dipped with butter chicken sauce. I called her immediately and made a complaint about how my food was delivered. the man on the phone ensures that I can wait for him to be able to send another delivery in the opposite way (which I waited for 2.5 hours) when I retrieved during the personal time, I got no answer. neither they apologise, nor they thought that customer satisfaction was important. think twice before order

I ordered food from them late at night(i am thankful for receiving my order) but If it was mid-day than I would have filed a case against these people to concerned authority based on the food these people have served. They served me Biryani on which rice was stale and stinking ! Cheat people ! Better serve what you can !

Fiver Rivers has always been a favourite of ours. We're in lockdown, and one of my adult sons was keen to order as it's his favourite Indian. The food was very late 1 hour 40 minutes after ordering via Deliveroo. When it arrived, my son's dish was missing. We called them, but they didn't answer. (Deliveroo offers a credit or refund, but warns you the latter may take ten days. No other choice. I don't like arm twisting. Anyway, this is about Five Rivers... Missing dish, food very oily and watery. No spice to it. I can't forgive such a massive drop in quality. If you're under pressure due to lockdown you are a lucky business. Find a way to keep your loyal customers happy. I'm not. My advice is try elsewhere, and definitely don't use Deliveroo.

Every dish we ordered was delicious! Looking forward to the leftovers today! The business has recently been taken over by new owners who are lovely and really care about their customers enjoyment of the food. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and will be back! Please support this business during lockdown!

All Indian dishes very tasty and delicious. Owner and all staff’s behaviour friendly. The restaurant decorations is amazing
