The Manager Kaylin needs to go back to training if she wants to be a manager. I go here almost every day I’ve never had a problem until today. I asked for whip cream there was no whip cream, I asked her to put some on top she stated idk if it’s enough room then proceeded to put some one there. She went wrong with telling a customer that. Secondly I asked what type of drink that was because it didn’t look how it was supposed to look. She stated what was in the drink, i told her that was wrong as I’m talking she walks always and the window closes. Now if you make a drink the wrong way you don’t pour out half and then proceed to add oat milk on top, you re-make the drink. I spend too much money here to be treated as such. You all need to choose managers wisely her employees are awesome, I can’t say the same about her. It’s not hard to make a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso 4 pumps of brown sugar 4 pumps of toasted vanilla add whipped cream. I'm from CA and just moved to TX. The way they made my coffee was perfect! I order a TALL HOT DOUBLE WHITE MOCHA WITH SOY, NO WHIP, NO FOAM and they did it right. Great Job! Service: 5
