KFC - Maumee

This Will Be An Old Review I haven't had a chance to come to Ohio in years I got food from here a few times to go. The people who worked here were so cool one time I ordered food to go, While waiting I got something from the doughnut shop nextdoor when I came out of the doughnut shop, the woman who took my order at KFC was outside of KFC with my food looking for meshe didn't have to do that for me. That was Excellent customer service in fact the service was always good here and food qualitywas better than some other KFC'S I've been to.

This was the best meal I've had in very long time at KFC... the coleslaw was fresh and looked like it was made 5 min. ago... Yum!! Mashed potatoes tasted like glue, gravy was ok but overall it was a good meal

Waited 20 minutes for the new chicken sandwich! I wouldn't mind if you were a restaurant that did other foods. But when you do nothing but 1 type of food it shouldn't be a 20 minute wait. We had to drive thru the drive through a second time to ask ifsandwich was done. Not good KFC. I can say at least food was hot. And manager did say sorry for wait, but you could barely hearhim. Don't think I will be back.

Chicken was undercooked. Asked for all dark meat; received 4 breasts in place of 4 thighs. If they didn't have what I asked and paid for, say so. I would have taken the refund and gotten something else somewhere else. After what took place at the HollandKFC an hour earlier, and now this, I won't be frequenting any KFC again.

The food we got was fine. However we had to order tenders when we really wanted a bucket of chicken, but they were out! KFC was out of that kind of chicken. ? And the lady before me wanted extra crispy and they were out of that too. This was on a weekendat dinner time. The staff was not very helpful or apologetic. I could also see the area were the coleslaw and mashed potatoeswere, and it was pretty dirty.
