The service at this store is far below expectations. For starters, the menu doesn't offer the classic pasta, which would just be noodles and sauce. When I asked to divide the two shells between white and red sauce, the attendant stated that it was not allowed, claiming it was a guideline from the franchise. Interestingly, in other units this has never been a problem, and there is no extra charge. It seems that this only happens at the Mauá store. Furthermore, the service conveys the feeling that they are doing you a favor, with a grudging attitude, without even a “good morning” or “good afternoon”. Spoleto, please hire people who have good will, are at least polite and know how to deal with customers. At no point was I rude, but the employee herself, rudely, instructed me to file a complaint.
