Wendy's - Mattoon

If I could give this restaurant A negative star I would! Sad in the drive-through for almost 45 minutes. Came out to ask me what I ordered. Very poor service.

Third time we’ve gotten delivered an entirely wrong order and our order is always right on the ticket on the outside of the bag I don’t know what’s going on in there but please learn how to read.

Horrible service through the speaker and in person. Food was incorrect both times I went. They had just opened so no reason for it but laziness. Was told they would replace my order and it was noted in the book and when I came back the book was apparently invisible and nobody was aware of or
