This place is horrible when it comes to drive thru orders. They never wait for a full order and always just give a total after one sentence, even with two full meals left…I don’t know how many times that got only $9 in revenue when it could’ve have been $30 all because the rush you to the window before youre through ordering.

The service nor the food have ever disappointed me. McHugh's is one of my favorite things about Coles county!

Cold food the last 3 times I picked up from this location.

This place was always something we looked forward to a meal, unfortunately that time has passed! Our food sat just inside the drive up window for 10 minutes in view. The young man that took our order just disappeared. He did come back, but only to join in on everyone looking at someone outside the other drive up window. Multiple bad experiences now! It's to bad, I like to support local businesses!

I absolutely love the chili cheese fries . I actually have cravings for them every so often. The burgers are great also . Nobody beats the chili cheese fries
