I said excuse me and she whipped around rolling her eyes, huffing and slamming down her food!! Other staff person stocking said he?d help me to her. No respect and no excuse!. Won?t be going there anymore. They need to fire her. I?m sure the owner of the store wouldn?t be happy.
TRAIN TRAIN TRAIN. The majority of the staff needs training! They don 't know products that aren 't barcoded, they don 't understand how to clear the menus off your touch screen coffee machines. I was there this week, you have a new very young girl there that should NOT be on register. I 'm constantly rung up wrong and now shorted $5 from my change. Ordered food on the 711 app( pizza wings and a coke) door dash comes to my house with a bag of candy. I call door dash they tell me to take it up with the merchant because its through a third-party app. I call the store they tell me that the dasher grabbed the wrong food (i threaten to get cops involved becauseits a 24.35 for the order)so i go to the store mind you its a low volume hr so theres no one in the store no pre made food im the windows. i get to the store after
