Boston Market - Matthews

I was so exhausted but wanted a home style cooked meal, and Boston Market did just that my meal was simply delicious.

It is a sad state of things at this Boston Market location. The building itself looks like it has to be completely emptied and re-donated (see photos on the reference) The first photo shows the eclectic shape on the wall of the solitary cabin located in the dining room. The standing water at the beverage fountain made it the challenge to get a drink. All the time we had to wonder what the Sanitation rating was, but we're afraid to find out. The only reason this place gets two stars is because the sweet potato casrole was delicious.

You must be desperate for the staff to show it safe. Clowns here. At this point after ordering at 5:30-5:45 and received an ETA of 6:30 for pickup. Arrival at 6:30 for crash, call twice. No one answers the phone both times, so I go in and ask for the order. They say that the meat dew would take another 30 minutes. Why? The cook or whoever he is, is immediately defensive and an attitude. I'm trying to intimidate myself. You know, we have other customers coming in front of you? I laughed, the parking lot was completely empty. I was the only one in there. Dude starts threatening me, I can start with the business right away. I just asked for a refund and he's trying to threaten me. The cashier is standing there and defends him. I thought it was creepy. I'll never visit a Boston Market again. This is a clown show run by the staff. I lost brain cells there that I will never come back. It is not even worth reporting to management, they are so desperate for help this clown will probably get a reward.

So you dont have any of the supplies I need to do my job, but you wanna b!7ch at me because some boxes are outside. I just got to work hadnt even clocked in yet, when Che wants to start crying to me about me not doing my job. Why didnt you jump bad with everybody else that was standing outside with us?? You Che, are lucky I just left. My boyfriend and I are the lowest paid hardest working people there, and everyone else sits on they a55. If nobody takes out trash before we get there, how is that MY fault?? You dont care about your employees, just how much money the store makes. Enjoy serving people food with dishes washed in hot dirty water. I hope you get su3d, and have to close down.

Haven?t had Boston Market in over 15 years. I enjoyed it during college. Will there be an attempt?. The building looked down and the interior badly maintained. The food behind the window looked like it was sitting there all day. I was still optimistic and took the meat lamb with spinach and yams, as they saw edible, unlike anything that looked like it was eating out all day. 2 bites and I couldn't do it!!!! Felt, like I'm sick of eating this food. I didn't check the sanitation, but I wish I had before the order. My friend ordered the chicken pot cake and 1/2 rotisserie chicken w/ the same pages as I just look decent) a bite into the chicken pancake and he was DONE? we tried!!!! Can?t do it!!!! Boston Market is not what I remember to be it!!!!
