Bidra med feedbackMy son was craving a cheeseburger, so we decided to go to McDonald's. I clearly specified that I wanted a cheeseburger meal with a medium orange juice and regular fries, emphasizing that the cheeseburger should be plain. However, the cashier misheard my order and repeated back that I had ordered a chicken fillet with a regular drink and fries. After repeating my order and adding a hot fudge sundae, the cashier still missed it. I asked my wife to speak to the cashier since she couldn't understand me. When our order arrived, the cheeseburger was not plain as requested. We went back to the counter and informed the cashier about the mistake, but there was no apology given. This lack of attention to detail and failure to apologize really bothered me. It seemed like the listening skills of the staff were lacking, and making so many mistakes without any acknowledgment was unacceptable. Maybe I was having a bad day, but it was a simple order that should have been easy to handle.
I made a quick stop at this restaurant to try their Oreo Matcha McFlurry, which they had available. I was pleasantly surprised since many other nearby McDonald's do not offer this option. Initially, I thought the hype around this new McFlurry flavor was just a passing trend, but I was actually quite impressed with its taste. I enjoyed it so much that I forgot to take a photo before digging in. As for the food, McDonald's remains consistent in its flavor and quality across different locations. The only downside to this particular restaurant was the long wait time due to a crowded seating area. It's unfortunate when this happens, as it can impact the overall dining experience.
