Went into this location last night to get a 3 piece. It was almost 9 pm and store closed at 10:00pm. When I went to the restroom and came back the DeLos Santos’s lady was already locking up and said I couldn’t eat there, cause they were closing. I asked for a 3 piece the lady said it would take 25 mins to cook me 3 pieces. So she offered the white meat she had ready . The chicken was very dry, it had been sitting there too long.. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDE EMPLOYEE.

I don’t like coming to the Mathis location because the ladies here are so rude and the food is a hit or miss. Not to mention waiting over 30 minutes in the drive thru after I paid, is ridiculous. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The Mathis store needs improvement. They served us burnt fried okra and the biscuit wasn't cooked all the way. We had to wait to pill up to the drive thru window because the lady was visiting with her friend in the truck in front of us.
