Bidra med feedbackCrummy experience. Wanted to have a coffee and dessert and asked nicely to use the restroom, and the owners “Johny” and a hard-looking woman) were so nasty and told me they were a restaurant and they only served coffee to go in which case I was not a customer and could not use the bagno) and they were all out of dessert, so I could NOT use their bathroom. Meanwhile a couple was there just having coffee! In 2 weeks in Matera I have only encountered lovely charming establishments with a very tourist-centric, kind approach. So I would recommend against giving this strange unfriendly place any business. Money is better spent elsewhere in this lovely town.
A magical, intimate place, not to be missed, on the heights of Matera! We discovered it by chance, because it was not very indicated (it's a real shame, because everything is superb, the setting, the food, the hostess) for an aperitif on a Friday evening. Happy hour the hostess told us; we were surprised by local snacks, served with our choice of drinks, a delight! An address not to be missed! Food: 5
At first, the price for a simple drink is not displayed and when we ask for them, it's annoying, then finally, we are told that it's not possible to just have a drink at 4 p.m., it's only for lunch or dinner. aperitif. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Quaint, hidden gem in the side of the hills, ran as a family business. Had a lovely aperitivo and dinner here as I watched the moon rise over the caves of the Gravina. Lovely terrace outside, definitely a unique experience. Grazie Gianni e Giada!
