EXCEPTIONAL! The best pizza I've ever eaten. Light Neapolitan dough, highly digestible but above all superbly seasoned. I'm now loyal, I've tasted almost all of them, but my favorites remain Nunziatina and Nerano, as shown in the photo. The place is familiar, very welcoming, exceptional staff, always smiling and professional, the pizza chef in my opinion is so good it's difficult to find him even in Naples! Spending an evening close to the center of Matera, or taking it away, is priceless! In fact, the quality/price ratio is excellent. They literally managed to bring Naples to Matera. I also recommend booking well in advance because it's really worth eating such a good and light pizza. Passion, selected and delicious ingredients, professionalism always pay off. Congratulations in particular to the pizza chef Sandro, because we can see his great dedication and commitment learned over the years. Well done everyone and keep it up! Now I can't eat any other pizzas except yours!
