Istana Rasa Oxtail Soup - Mataram

Best oxtail soup ever!! I'm food lover. Been around and this is the best oxtail soup I ever tried compare to others that people recommended at Jakarta 5 star Hotel.

Located in a residential house. Very big serving. The oxtail is tender. The broth is good. Just a pity they do not have emping crackers. Will be a perfect pairing. 80k per serving is not cheap nor expensive as you have to cook the oxtail very long time. But the portion is really big. So it is worth the price

The greatest food I discovered in Lombok where it delivers the best oxtail soup, thumbs up for this OG oxtail soup joint! No question you gotta order their OG oxtail soup. Bang! The broth was spot on! Very rich in flavor the soup was a slightly gravy-ish texture which brings more character to the plate. The oxtail given in a bowl was a very2 generous portion, u can find 3-4 oxtail bones in a portion. And well this goes very well with hot steamed rice, an excellent dish at mid day!! Price wise it was totally worth it, 80k for a portion of the oxtail soup, man, take my money!
