Wayback Burgers - Mastic Beach

Ordered and paid online. Went to pick it up at 8:20. The doors were locked. They close at 9. ??????

Missing sauces, missing guac on a guac burger, fries tasted dry, underseasoned and reheated, shakes were watery and didn't taste good, and the burgers weren't worth the price.

Place sucked...and they closed..lesson..don't suck stay in business...looking forward to the new bbq place taking its place

Ii honestly downloaded this to make a review about this place. Myself and a co worker walked in around 11:45 to grab a quick bite to eat. We instantly notice something was wrong just seeing 1 worker there. He honestly snarled at us while we were giving him our order. As we were waiting for our food we both commented on the smell of the place, it was horrid. The smell seemed to intensify by the minute we were there to a put where we both walked out. We never even asked for our money back. Overall place is disgusting, the person working is miserable and they clearly don't clean. DO NOT GO HERE!

Just got home after ordering food for 3. Not only was our order wrong, but horrible. I tossed my burger. Fries which I ordered O-rings where under cooked. My wife's Philly cheese was dried out with no flavor. 50 something bucks and I would have been more happy with food off a coffee truck, or McDonald's. I would give zero stars. It was just that bad. Was not worth the trip back to throw it at them. Only good thing was it stayed hot even on the ride home. 10 mins away.
