Social The Stone House - Massillon

The cocktails are outstanding! We were seated almost immediately. The salads were good. My wife had too much dressing on her Ceaser, but the dressing was very good. Bread and butter service was great. The pork chop had an excellent taste and done to perfection. It was on the tougher side. The Salmon was average. The side spinach was full of water. We also got Thai Shrimp that was so over salted, it had to be sent back. It was replaced with Beef Short Rib entree that was outstanding! Overall, the are very close to becoming an excellent restaurant. I would go back and will. Their patio looks amazing.

Food was great. Our server was good but could have stopped by more. Drinks were very good. Front room was a bit cold on our snowy night. Probably will be even better in spring/summer.

Great place during the week never made it on a weekend

Perfect dining experience, celebrating my wife's birthday. We were seated on the first of 3 floors next to a fireplace (my request was satisfied). Our entree's were fantastic, our server was terrific! Beautiful architecture all around. Went to the 3rd floor after dinner to lounge with an adult beverage. Special time for us, will return!

It is a nice building and has a unique dinning flare. The food presentation is good but is a little underwhelming for the price.
