Bidra med feedbackWent there this morning at 10am. The guy who took my order was very nice and helpful. The old woman at the window gave me the wrong drink and when I told her she said “we don’t have the one you wanted anymore so you’re gonna have to deal with it”. I was shocked to say the least. I said “you don’t have to be so rude about it” and grabbed my card and went to drive away. She then said “don’t snatch ****”. Now my 2 year old was in the car with me and repeated it. Just go to Starbucks.
I don 't like leaving negative reviews, but my past few experiences here have been so awful that I won 't be coming back to this location because of it. I did a mobile order through the app yesterday morning and picked it up in the drive-thru. When I got up to the window, the woman there didn 't know my order and had a terrible attitude. She made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. While I was telling her my order, she kept rolling her eyes and sneering at me. When she handed me my stuff, she was talking to a coworker and cursing about the job. The window was open, and I had a car full of kids. It was completely inappropriate. She might hate her job there, but the window isn 't the place to be discussing it. After swearing to her coworker and not making any eye contact with me, she gave me one final look, rolled her eyes, sneered again, and said in a nasty tone, Have a nice day, as she closed the window. To top it off, it looked like my hashbrowns had been angrily smashed. They were squished into bits in the bag. I 'm sensitive to caffeine, but I recently realized I can handle decaf coffee drinks, so I ordered a small decaf. My bad for trusting them to actually give me what I ordered. I drank half of my coffee and realized it was definitely not decaf and dumped the rest. I felt sick the rest of the day. If this was my first bad experience here, I probably would have just let it go, but it 's been a few bad experiences recently. The time before this, they didn 't give me half my order, and when I came back through the drive thru, they were rude about it, as if it was my fault they didn 't give me everything. The time before that, they got my order wrong and didn 't include everything. I wish I had thought to check my order while I was there since paying for food not received is kind of lame. Lesson learned, I suppose. When I first visited this location, I was impressed with how friendly the staff was and how they always got my order right. I don 't know what has changed, but it seems like this location would benefit from better staff or more training for the current employees.
This location hasn't changed or improved. The drive thru employees lack customer skills. Rude service every single time. They take a simple order and turn it into a fiasco for no reason. This location seems to never have products in stock. Re-train the entire crew, please.
If you like your coffee/food being shoved in your face before you can even pay then this is the place to come. The manager that replaced Ron really needs training on not only customer service skills but how to talk to her employees. I wish Ron was still the manager here. He was amazing.
Went in here to get a couple coffees and the lobby area was honestly every bit of 80 degrees. It influenced us both to get frozen coffees because we were melting in there but definitely needed some AC on that day. The table we sat at was below a vent and you could feel it pushing hot air out. It was hotter in there than it was outside on a 70 degree sunny day!
