Dunkin' - Massillon

Are you open at 4a.m.? No one ever answers intercom at the drive thru and I've also been told on more than one occasion that they were closed until 5?

I've only been to any Dunkin a small handful of times, none in which have been that extraordinary, but the last time I came here the order screens were black, so they had to run the drive-thru as such and they did pretty damn good despite the chaos.

Unbelievably rude staff. I am a very friendly person. The staff was so rude that I didnt even respond to it, I simply left. I then called the manager to let them know. The manager proceeded to tell me the staff was not rude. I've never left a bad review, as I am very easy going and forgiving. That, however, was simply the worst customer service I've ever experienced. 100% NEVER returning to this DD.

Got the order completely wrong. The board was right the employees are

Employee cursed at me after notifying them about an order dissatisfaction.I want him fired. Never said that about anyone in the food industry, for I work within it, but his whole demenure in unexceptionable!!
