Dunkin' - Massillon

Do not go to this place the staff and managers will look you straight in the face and tell you they don’t have time to make your easy order of egg and cheese bagel. And at 8am it’s not breakfast either in their opinion.This is beyond unprofessional, boycott them like Budweiser.

I really need you guys on food to please read. 3 times in a row now I have online ordered black pepper WAKE UP WRAPS. The bag clearly says “WW” And I keep getting black pepper croissant sandwiches. I do not like croissants. Please do better. Other then that everything else you guys do is perfect

Pretty consistently the worst coffee I've ever had. Tastes like a watered down burn marks. Even going in and advising the employee of the quality, i'm given a replacement that is just as bad, if not worse. Not sure what this dunkin does differently from every other dunkin, but from this location I've poured more coffee out than could actually drink.

2nd time i’ve gotten food poisoning from this dunkin in a week. health department will be contacted

Attitude sucks seems like it’s not a job anymore snatching stuff etc unprofessional.makes you not wanna go there smh
