Donatos Pizza - Massillon

The food is all very good. The customer service is also great.

I always wait too long to do the surveys given.on the receipt. I don't care about the free pizza following the survey, so here is my unbiased review. Any time I have ordered delivery from the Wales Rd location, my service has been prompt and the pizza is hot. The delivery driver, Marcus has been exceptional! Sorry that I didn't do the survey on time, because he has been great! The pizza, wings, and cheese bread is always hot and flavorful. Kudos to Marcus and Donatos!

The service was quick, friendly, and completely on point. I was very satisfied!

It's been far too long since my last visit to Donatos, and I almost forgot just how great they are. I'm really glad I decided to go back.

The pizza here is of the highest quality—always served hot and incredibly fresh! I absolutely love the 150 Donatos pepperoni pizza!
