Haus Oberland - Masserberg

A nice hotel with very friendly staff. All questions are answered to the best and problems are resolved as soon as possible. The only thing I have to complain about is the shower, which is very difficult to open and which, when showering, penetrates a lot of water through the slots in the bathroom. But this is really whining at the highest level.

We were somewhat disappointed in the quality of the food.We would have eaten local cuisine, but unfortunately there was only the usual. The service was nice

A hotel that keeps what it promises, you will be kindly welcomed and approved.Rooms are nicely bright and cozy, also the breakfast room offers a beautiful view and the dinner is highly recommended.

Today we returned to four plus a dog in the house. I went first alone to ask if dogs in the hotel are also welcome. I was very reluctant to say that this was possible. After entering the locality, we were not greeted also for our drinks we had to wait partly quite long, so the last drink came only after a quarter of an hour and after the note that the actual desired drink was no longer available.We wanted to order Schnitzel, as presented in the online map, but this was then no longer available because the map had changed. We then took more or less out of courtesy and with a lot of frustration twice seasoned meats and once sea salmon which was TK and a rusty meat.The waiter made a very bored impression, as if the guests were not worth it. The quality of food, was okay but not world-wide. This was definitely our first and last visit to Hotel Oberland in Masserberg. However, it is also necessary to emphasize positively for all dog owners: behind the hotel is a huge meadow where the dead and play is really fun. Conclusion: NOT RECOMMENDATION!!!!

Very friendly staff. the hotel is located in a wonderfully beautiful location in masserberg. the holiday was very relaxing also our special desires were fulfilled restlessly.
