Dunkin' - Massapequa

Asked employees to make my latte a specific way. Used a free coupon, employee Marvin I believe, refused to make my latte following specific instructions. I asked for my free beverage coupon back, he said he won't give me nothing back. Employee acted like he owed this place and refused to follow a simple instruction. Rude employee, who doesn't even know that large lattes get 2 small shorts of espresso in it. I can only imagine how much less everyone else is getting because of this location, cutting back on espresso and products. Rude and entitled manager, who will not make any drinks, but take your money and tell you to call Corporate instead.

Went by at 9:40pm because I was charging my car and needed coffee badly, they closed their doors already and told me they were closed. Their timing shows 10pm. What a joke.

I just recently started eating at this particular Dunkin and never again. A few times I ordered online through doordash, and every time they would just send me whatever they wanted to send me. I got sick of it so recently I called in shortly after placing my order. I guess the manager did not like that so she blocked my number from going through. Therefore I cannot call in anymore. Once I received my order, as expected it was wrong. So I had to go up to the store myself and have them correct it. Even then she STILL messed it up. At this point I believe it was done purposely. Just last night I went in to get a sandwich and she told me I could not have one because she already cleaned the oven. It was only 7:00pm. The store closed at 9:30pm. At this point I’ll be calling Dunkin Corporate and making a complaint. If I could give this particular Dunkin’ zero stars I would. Would not recommend this particular location due to management and service.

This location is painful. They don’t pay attention to your order and it is Always wrong. Gave it three strikes and will never go back. Please find someone with a clue to run this place. Horrible customer service.
