Pad Thai Express - Mason City

The food is excellent and the service is fast. The drink options are limited to soda and water. The mall has a strong smell of cleaning products and is quite empty. Overall, it is a good value.

The food court where the restaurant was located had a constant stream of customers coming in to place their orders, which piqued our curiosity. When we finally got our food and tried it at home, we understood why. Everything we ordered, from the beef with vegetables to the mango fried rice, orange chicken, and more, was exceptionally tasty. The restaurant is family-run, with the father and mother handling the cooking and the daughter helping out. This is the kind of authentic, delicious Chinese food that we've been hoping to find. We will definitely be returning in the future.

A hidden gem in Northern Central Iowa. Very lucky to have this place. All the flavor, huge portions, lovely couple running the show. Highly recommend!

Love this place. Food is great, portions are more then enough, the owner is very friendly and does much of the work himself. This is one of those hidden gems!
