They don't post prices of small medium or large combos on the drive thru menu

Every one was waiting for so long in the lobby badly

New lobby after renovations, this place has changed their quality of service and the lobby compliments.

While waiting for my order another customer asked the cashier if McDonald 's honored veterans. She turned and asked her manager. the manager appeared sa with her Nope answer. if I hadn 't already paid I would have wlakes out. Mac won 't get my money anymore..

Food was standard McDonald's. This particular location seems like the staff is always grumpy. Lots of flies in the dining room. Worst location in Mason City.
