Went through the drive-thru we ordered a triple chocolate brownie, a sundae, and a dipped cone. The sundae was fine. The dipped cone was the smallest large cone I have seen in a while. The thing that destroyed my treat was watching a chubbymiddle-aged male walk up to the young lady making my dessert. He plopped something into the bowl, and wiped his bare hands onhis shirt as he walked away. No! I do not want a brownie that was manhandled by someone not using tongs or gloves. Disgusting!It ruined it for me.

Started with a very quiet speaking, non smiling order taker. After a longer than usual wait for dq, and customers that came in after our order was taken got their food, the very rude order deliverer rushed past a WWII Veteran using a walker he had tostop and wait this mannerless server dropped our tray on the table without any hesitation or a single word. The food wasalright, not up to the usual dq standards we have experienced across the country. Yes, we visit many stores regularly. We willnot visit this store again

Historically I had bad experiences in this milk queen, but this time it was different. they must make the things different because it was a great culinary experience for fast eating.
