Buffalo Wild Wings - Mason City

Every single time I place an order online or by phone something is always messed up my sauce is wrong or they didn’t give me half of my order yet my recipe will have everything correct!!! From your service when I called and let you know what was happening has made you lose this customer!!!

God awful with Doordarsh, Ive ordered from here 3 times and everytime they missed something completely. This time I did not receive the sauce for my wings and did not get any silverware or napkins, do not order from here.

I have never had a great experience at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Mason City. The last two times(in past 3 years) we visited the service was slow, the order was wrong and the food was cold. Tonight was more of the same. Took about 40 minutes to get our food and they weren't that busy. Enjoy the food but I just don't want to roll the dice on the service...will it or won't it be good? Additionally...I understand the challenges restaraunts face these says. I will not eat in again.

Food was good, staff was very friendly, downside my boyfriend got sick almost immediately after and I did a few hours later, we didn't order the same thing but we did try each other's foodPrice and wait weren't horrible either, it just sucks that so many of the people I've talked to have also gotten sick after

Great service with friendly employees and food came out quickly despite the place being loaded with other customers
