Starbucks - Mashpee

This location had almost nobody in it. Took 15 minutes to get me my order. Even then, they charged me more for the order because the employee didn't know what she was doing. I was so annoyed to ask them to refund me. I'd appreciate management to reach out, as it seems I am not the only one who has had this issue, though doubt a corporation truly values such opinions.

This was genuinely so bad the workers were soooo rude i tried to ask for my drink but they said no because my whole order wasn’t ready and after half an hour when i got my drink it was the wrong size and it had been watered down by the melted

Went to use the bathroom, employee came out, closed a little cord and said employees only . super bad attitude and bad vibes

Awful customer service it was more than an hour to close and I wanted a frape for my little brother he told me no if you want to go to a good Starbucks to Falmouth mashpee you should be better and the bathrooms were

I waited for my order while others ordered after me and when I asked my food had been sitting there without me being called. I told her my name had not been called and she replied “sure it has.”
