Zero 8 Resto Bar - Masbate

This restaurant is likely the trendiest spot in Masbate. It has a pleasant bar, great food, and excellent service. The place is air-conditioned, making it comfortable for guests. When ordering a bucket of drinks, you also get one pulutan, which is ideal for us as we enjoy drinking. We even hold our Rodeo Masbateno Inc board meetings here. Our cowboy friends often join us for drinks, whenever finances permit.

The food arrived at different times, but it was all worth the wait because it tasted delicious! The atmosphere was great - clean and inviting. Thank you to all!

The restaurant has a very cozy interior. The food is delicious. I ordered the Beef and Chicken Lauriat. The serving size was quite small compared to the initial claim that it was good for 6-7 people.

Me and my friend was looking for a good dining place for our unexpected last night in Masbate. We missed our supposed to be flight back to Manila in the morning and we badly need comfort foods. haha! As we walk around the places near our hotel, we found Zero 8 Resto Bar.True to it's name, its a bar and a resto. The place is a bit small though it is packed with customers - some our drinking and some are just having dinner. It is very much homey and cool at the same time though perhaps we went there on a weekday, Monday to be exact). We ordered their Four cheese Pizza and a carbonara plate. I really love the pizza. Their pizza is really big and loaded with ingredients (which is obviously cheese) and it's actually good for 3-4 people (though perhaps it depends on the appetite of the diner). Afterwards, we tried to ask if they serve hot Calamansi Juice and to our surprise, the female server gave us 3 pieces of calamansi fruit in a saucer. She said she thought we're asking for Calamansi to make condiments though we find it odd considering that our order is pizza and pasta. It was really funny. Then the man approached us in our table and told us that he will just prepare hot Calamansi Juice for the two of us and it's on the house. Well, I guess that's a very good service. By the way, they do not allow slippers and sando inside though they seemed to be very accommodating and didn't bother to tell us about it. It's such a nice way to end the day. This place is a must try in Masbate.
