Super nice home, top server, top cuisine. Very good value for money. The dishes are very well presented and appetizing. Cooking beef nets that we wanted blue was in the pack, which is rare today. Very rich burgers, gourmet salad and delicious and hearty carpaccio. A restaurant I highly recommend.

My friends and I were looking for a good restaurant for noon. We entered Cardabelle because of the name, because I love this flower. The restaurant was central, clean, well located. The dishes were very tasteful, the wine, very well chosen. The dessert, delicious: I had a cream burnt catalane way and it was perfect! Service? Little care without flogging! When we thanked the restaurateur, and we are surprised at the addition more than honest, I told him that I was going to write the restaurant on Tripadvisor... He thanked me and told us that the restaurant had little opinion, and so little pub because the team had just taken over the restaurant and there was a lot of competition around. So, as I find it unjust that people so deserving rament while the resto deserves a detour! Bravo and good continuation! The 3 Belgians.
