Starbucks - Maryville

This Starbucks is a very busy location. I went in to get a Carmel Macchiato on Saturday morning. A lot of people complain about how long it takes to get thier coffee. When I went the drive thru was all the way around the building with a full lobby. Probably a ton of online orders as well. These people were working hard and doing the best they can. Realize what's going on and exercise some patience. You know what Starbucks is like before you go there. You go because it's good coffee and it was. I gave four stars because it's expensive and the cup sizes seem to be shrinking. None the less it's a good cup of coffee and I'm willing to wait and pay thier price.

I have been going to this location for over 7 years now. The staff has been friendly every single time and my order has been right all but a couple of times. When it has been made differently than I ordered, they were so kind and fixed the order quickly. It's probably the best location I've ever been to.

Pleasant cashier/barista. Listened attentively and was not bothered by a little drink customization from my 12 year old. I have a cup of water and add strawberries. That drink is only .80.

This is the only starbucks that I have been to with boba and oh my GOD is it the best thing ever. I really love coming here everyday and getting the boba. every. day. Please, if you come here, order the boba. Sometimes the workers are hesitant to give it to you at first but keep asking. It is worth it.

Had a great experience today with Nikki! She was extremely friendly and helpful, and I will definitely be going back! Great drinks and great staff.
