Foothills Milling Cafe - Maryville

I really hate to do this, I don’t want to really share this place with anyone. Why, cause they have the best sandwiches, desserts, and people in the whole world. Here’s what’s left after 5 minutes…that was the world’s best bologna sandwich.

A+ on all levels. It is a celebrated addition to downtown Maryville. My sandwich was incredibly fresh and made with such tasty local ingredients. The tomato and gouda soup is a must try. The decor is beautiful, the restaurant spotless, and the employees were all so kind and efficient. I will be back!

I really enjoyed my visit today to Foothills Milling Cafe at its new location. I got the red pepper tomato gouda bisque and a bacon cheddar scone and both were excellent. They were very quick to get my order out as well.I also got a cold brew. They had several different coffee syrups flavors available to choose from, including a few sugar free options.They said they were serving a limited menu for now, but they had a large amount of offerings- it didn’t feel limited at all. I can’t wait to see what they may offer in the future.

I'm a picky eater... everything I have eaten from here has been amazing!

The turkey Pesto sandwich is fantastic and HUGE!! I did carry out for lunch but could have eaten on the patio too! Staff is so friendly, definitely will be coming back for dinner!!
