Dunkin' - Maryville

Apple fritter was really good. Churro donut was okay. I was personally not a fan of the cold brew but that’s just me. First time I’d been there since they re-did the drive-thru. Separate lane for mobile orders.

I ordered a medium hot coffee 2 cream 2 sugar and they gave me an iced coffee I went back to the window and the girl who was there very bitter by the way she should be at home not in a customer service location told me no and closed the window I wasn't going to change it but another employee arrived and was very friendly and gave me a very hot coffee.

Been coming to this Dunkin every single day, sometimes 2x a days, for almost a year. The past few months, my daughter has gotten the Snackin Bacon but I request plain ole bacon over the black pepper, as she said it 's nasty. Today I ordered my coffee and bacon and was told we 're not allowed to do that ... Ok, I told them I 'll just go to the other Dunkin to get the bacon, as I 've been doing this for months. The rude manager comes over the intercom with an attitude well do you want to get your drinks there too? ... No, I want my coffee. Get to the window to pay and she comes to the window with her same attitude because her life is miserable, saying her boss told her THIS MORNING it 's against company standards . Called Dunkin Corp and they said that makes no sense so kuddos to this place being a nightmare! Go to Dutch Bros

The new drive thru set-up sucks.I pulled up to order, ordered, and then was cut off by three mobile orders. The person taking orders kept thinking I was a new car that pulled up as I sat and waited for “my turn”. When I explained I have ordered but keep getting cut off, I was answered with“Ya sorry, they are mobile orders.”And, I’m wondering why the donuts are always slightly stale? They never taste fresh.

Some girl yelled at me when I was in drive thru trying to think the food was good but that girl was a jerk and I didn’t appreciate it 6:51 pm 3/13/24
