Amy was so kind. Her voice was soothing and nurturing. She's good at what she does! Keep that one Dairy Queen. She's an asset. Customer service was above and beyond exceptional!

This is always our preferred Dairy Queen location, eaten here many times and have always enjoyed.I wanted to write a review because of the love and support Dairy Queen on State Ave showed my daughter and her drama castmates at their middle school by making some very kind donations to our add to our prize baskets for their school Bi-annual school play.I received many NOs today and Dairy Queen on State Ave was one of the few yes responses I received. Amanda was so gracious, and kind and the Drama team and I are truly thankful.Thank you Amanda and team!

Went through the drive thru for a couple of banana splits, and 2 cheeseburgers. My husband politely asked for fresh burgers. We waited, for what we thought would be fresh burgers....they were not. They parked us just to come out with old burgers. I know they weren't fresh, because they didn't even feel very hot, and the cheese wasn't melted. He didn't even eat the burgers.

Where is the adult? The one who is responsible for these children who have no clue! Didn't butter the toast. Gave the wrong blizzard to a customer. Customer started eating it and a staff member said nothing, but approached the customer and ripped it out of their hand and took it behind the couter....I pray she threw it away! Seriously! If the parents can't teach them, then the Manger should teach them.
