Bidra med feedbackOk a little long...I am not one to give poor reviews but after looking at what others have said along the same lines I feel the need to share. Both young women working there were unfriendly and unwelcoming, not just to me but I observed the same behavior towards 4 other customers. Secondly I placed my order online so I could do a quick pick up. When I arrived one of the girls was told how to make my simple grilled cheese sandwich and I didn't receive it until 10 minutes later. Lastly while I was waiting my shoes kept slipping forward because of how greasy the lobby floor is and looking forward into the dining room I could see all the footprint tracks from the grease.
Mismanaged the cashier looked like she was unhappy in her job, no greeting, no conversation, just going through the motions. Then when I paid, she stood there with the cash drawer open while she either texted someone or used her phone to figure out how much change to give me. Someone needs basic cashier and money management training. The other two employees looked unusually serious as well, but that is more sincere than the corporate scripts and fake cheer you get in other places. When I finally got my sandwich, it came in a bag with no napkins, but instead, three paper towels like you would get from a gas station bathroom. How can a restaurant run out of napkins??!! Sam's Club has cases if them, just a couple of miles away. The twelve dollar sandwich was pretty good, not fantastic.
I enjoyed my burger very much. I have been ordering grub hub and there is s big difference between fresh cooked and waiting for delivery.
I ordered the “I’ll have what they’re having” on sliced wheat. Possibly the best sandwich I’ve ever had.
Walked in and was told that it would be 40-60 minute wait before I get a sandwich. Ordered a sandwich online the following day and when I arrived it was ready. Ordered a hot sandwich and it was subpar for the price and wait. I might try a cold sandwich next time I order from them.
