DONT EVER ORDER PIZZA FROM THIS LOCATION! They have terrible service and won’t even answer the phone. I ordered a pizza to be delivered and has been two hours and still hasn’t been delivered. I tried to call to cancel my order and request a refund and they wouldn’t answer the phone. I will never order from here again and I don’t think they are even going to deliver the pizza!
The cashier was beyond rude!I don't recommend going there, unfortunately my pizza was cold too.Even the lady behind me left for her attitude.I'm very disappointed and upset about the customer service at this location.
Absolutely the most horrible business in St. Louis. Charged my card $27+ for a pizza I couldn't pick up as they were closed. Called corporate 5+times to 5 weeks to get money back.
If I could give 0 stars I would! Unfortunately my child and I got sick after eating 2 days ago! My son has food poisoning because he didn’t realize the slice of pizza he had was half cooked.I called where I asked to speak to a manager the lady was really snobby, rude and nasty and said “so what I suggest you go to the hospital, not our problem” I then asked for the GM or corporate number she says there’s no corporate number and I am the GM. I then asked for her name and she hung up on me. I called back and the other young lady played along and said she’s the Gm and I can not give you her name I will be fired. I knew there were lying. I called another location to get in touch with the area manager to find out they were supposed to tell me their names it’s policy and the little girl who was so rude name is Kat and she is indeed not the GM. I was told they recently hired a new GM named “J” to clean the store up because as you can see food horrible, workers even worse! I finally talked to “J” she fixed the problem but I still think Kat and the other lady deserves disciplinary action for the way they represented a company that pays their bills. I will call corporate until Kat loses her job or receives disciplinary action because I am a very loyal customer and the way I was treated and talked to was very unprofessional and unacceptable. Next I’m reporting to bbb and health department. Two rude employees caused a big mess!!
