Allikats on Kent - Maryborough

The food at this restaurant is really top-notch. It quickly became my favorite spot for breakfast and coffee during my visit to Maryborough. The food is delicious and the coffee is exceptional.

We were greeted with a friendly "hello" and a warm introduction to the menu and the display case. The coffee was excellent.

I had coffee and a bacon and egg tart, which was absolutely perfect. The flavors were spot on and simply delicious :)

We were specifically looking for a place that served late breakfast and, based on previous reviews, we decided this was the place. Yes, they do all day breakfast amongst other things, but what a disappointment! We ordered a Big Breakfast and bacon and eggs with two coffees, one hotter than the other, and for that privilege we were charged an extra 20c! The highly recommended mushrooms, at an extra charge, were tasteless pieces of rubber. Thankfully the bacon was crispy and the eggs were great. For a basic breakfast we thought $43 was a bit over the top for what we got. Sorry, we won't be back.

Yummy food and coffee compliments the excellent service by owners and staff who love what they do. Great place for breakfast and lunch and anytime in between.
