Bidra med feedbackEating is very mediocre. I've got the ochs tail, I'm eating and I'm getting it. Oxtail sauce was like sticky and thick, not safe as they her ochs tail, but it is far from traditional Jamaican ochs tail. the food itself was cooked at least one day before in any case. I literally heard that they put the food in the microwave in the back because I heard the pieps. reis was still in pieces as if it was taken cold from a big pot. no curtains on the plate, only bland rice and ochs tail with mostly bone. this escape plus a pineapple soda drink came up to $30 had to tap. I wouldn't come back. this is a tear-off point and a disregard for Jamaica/West Indian food.
Eating here is so amazing. it is just a small hole in the wall restaurant with the owner and his wife who work (not see, no one). the owner was very friendly, the woman was not rude, but also not excessively nice and attentive. the worst complaining was that we ignored a little while both at arrival and waiting for the payment. but eat it. oh mann, so good! definitely will come back and recommend to others! wanted the brotpudding, but it took a long time to check so no longer wanted to wait for the brotpudding. will come next time definitiw!
Had the curry chicken plate to go and everything was amazing! the first time to eat here and will be definitiw back.
The food took a bit, but it was worth waiting. very recommended and will be asap again!
This place is authentic Jamaican food. We are Jamaicans, living in Texas and visiting the area and Gaza, the owner, and his wife needs to come us in Texas. The ackee and salt fish was everything! The festival-fresh and delightful. Our kids had the jerk chicken and cleaned up their plates. My oxtail was fleshy and tasty. You know we will be back! Nuff respect!
