Panatieris - Martinsville

Pizza was fire!!! I miss the northeastern pizza now in Miami. That was a treat. Great food next to the Zzaaaaaa also!!!!!!!

Panatieri's is a small, NJ-specific chain that consistently produces good pizza. I was in a few places and everyone had great pizza. This time I went with the Brooklyn and the Tortellini discs. The Brooklyn had a crunchy base, but a fluffy interior like a delicious dinner roll. The cheese was fresh and buttery. The sauce was sweet and delicious. The Tortellini disk also had a crisp, thin base and a thinner, Craspier crust. The crust was a bit dry, but the pane was cheesy and delicious. The Tortellini was also very fillable. Excellent customer service. Food is made super fresh, and the waiting time at the order is rarely more than 20 minutes. My self and the popular Italian restaurant of my family!
