Chili's Grill - Martinsville

Food was amazing as usual! Our server was also the bartender n he was awesome!!

Not a good experience! Ordered potato soup it was super runny with no flavor. Can tell they added water to it and took forever to get. After waiting an hour we asked how much longer for dinner. Food hadn’t even been sent in. Server was more worried about leaving for the night than taking care of us. Came in at 8pm. They don’t close until 10pm. Server transferred our table to another server so she could leave. Could not leave review on kiosk for experience with server change, as we didn’t want to give bad review under new server. We love Chilis in Franklin. This one not so much.

Have gotten pickup twice, was excellent and smooth checkout process.

Chips were the only good thing about the meal. Salsa was embarrassing for $5.99, soup tasted like a mixture of snot and depression somehow, salad was incredibly small and the ranch tasted like water and buttermilk.
