Bidra med feedbackI never write reviews but this warrants one!! We come here every year on our anniversary as a tradition but we will NOT be anymore. My husband and I both ordered the ribeyes, his was ordered to be cooked medium and mine medium-rare. My steak was basically well-done and by the time a waitress (who wasn’t even ours) checked on us, my husband was done eating his meal. They offered to make a new one and then did not bother to offer a discount on our meal at ALL or offer ANYTHING as a courtesy for having to wait another 15/20 minutes for me to be able to eat when my husband had already finished eating. I have had a MUCH better steak and service at Texas Roadhouse, every single time! Also, the cut of the steaks were horrible!!! About half of both mine and my husbands steaks had tendons and super tough gristle fat all in them!!! Disgusting!! My husband was so pissed off that he wouldn’t even let me order a dessert to take home because he didn’t want to spend another dime there. We will not be returning ever again!! Almost $200 down the drain and our anniversary dinner was ruined!!
Absolutely horrible and would not recommend… You get 3 sides and they are the same no matter the meal.. Onion soup tastes like broth from a can with unmelted cheese in the bottom and stale nasty bread on top. Salad was basic honestly and so was the baked potato. The steak was okay but needed salt and was served on a plate that barely fit both it and the potato which was strange.. We ended up getting some banana pudding cheesecake to go and only took a few bites. I’m a sweet tooth fanatic but it was mushy and tasted nothing like banana pudding. I never leave reviews, but we spent 131 dollars on lackluster food that we could barely finish, so I had to make an account to save others from our mistake. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere in Bloomington or Nashville, or I’m sure the Texas Roadhouse would even be better..
First time eating there. The filet tasted like it was frozen and then cooked, baked potatoes are microwaved and the chicken breast is a processed, not fresh. Very disappointing.
Our server kept us waiting ten minutes before greeting us. She wore a tie dye shirt and flip flops and slurred her speech while struggling to focus her eyes when she first greeted us. She mixed up our bourbons (and the pours were significantly uneven, which might not have been her fault). The kitchen gave me an incorrect steak and took another ten+ minutes to correct. The replacement steak was unevenly cooked and still not the correct cut. I ordered a filet, a $60 cut of meat, but both steaks they served me seems like sirloins chewy, ribbons of grizzle, and lacking flavor. When I inquired about the bill, which only consisted of numbers with no descriptions, she questioned, Why would I charge you that much money for something?! I responded, That 's why I asked, Mam. Then she quipped, I 'm not a man! as she walked away from the table. The manager was walking a few paces behind her and rolled his eyes and excused her behavior with no valid reasoning. We paid full price, however, and will never return again. The Bynum 's in Indianapolis off of Meridian St is WONDERFUL! Go there instead.
